Through targeted exercises, we focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles\u2014areas that experience significant strain during pregnancy.<\/p>\n

The class encourages a renewed connection with your body, helping you rediscover your center through a balanced combination of strengthening exercises, conscious breathing, and enhanced body awareness.<\/p>\n

In addition to physical recovery, this course offers you valuable time for yourself and the opportunity to connect with other mothers in a supportive environment.<\/p>\n

The course may be started 6\u20138 weeks after a spontaneous birth or 10\u201312 weeks after a C-section.<\/p>\n
