After looking for a new and different challenge I found Pilates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

My training as a Pilates teacher<\/strong> complemented my work with both pre and postnatal women in an ideal way. Here too, is the goal to improve overall body strength<\/strong>, breathing<\/strong> and relaxation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I believe that pregnancy and birth are some of the most special moments a woman can experience.<\/p>\n

Promotion<\/strong> of the instinctive strengths<\/strong> of women and accompanying them through birth and beyond has become part of my work in the Basel region. The range of courses<\/strong> I offer has been designed with this purpose in mind.<\/p>\n
