Pilates is a holistic and effective body workout. Regardless of age and physical fitness, body awareness, strength, flexibility, posture, endurance, coordination, and breathing are improved.
The whole body is strengthened and balanced. Body and mind are equally challenged, increasing well-being.
A Pilates class includes strength exercises, stretching, and conscious breathing. The deep muscle groups of the trunk and pelvic floor are specifically strengthened.

Pregnancy Pilates
In Pregnancy Pilates, the focus is on personal well-being. Gentle exercises strengthen the body and improve circulation. The tailored training helps to avoid or significantly alleviate back pain. Posture is specifically optimized.
Breathing exercises and relaxation exercises help to achieve inner peace and balance.


Postnatal Pilates
Pilates HIIT
Pilates HIIT is a varied method of conditioning training. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, in which various exercises are completed one after the other. Depending on the execution, strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility are trained. The exercises are performed with your own body weight as well as with simple equipment such as dumbbells or resistance bands. In Pilates HIIT, the stress and recovery phases are optimally coordinated, helping to achieve a balanced training effect and effective muscle building.
